Carly moved to Chicago in 2019 to pursue her love of theatre, but when the world shifted in 2020, she found a new calling in real estate. As a licensed broker she enjoys meeting clients in every stage of life—whether they’re renting their first apartment, buying a long-term home, or exploring an income-producing investment.

Her approach is rooted in connection and community; many of her client relationships have started between yoga classes, farmers market stands, and neighborhood wine bars. Carly believes that understanding her clients beyond what’s on paper is essential to finding the right home. To her, home is more than a place—it’s the foundation where life takes shape.

After six years in Chicago—and four moves of her own—Carly put down roots in Logan Square with her first home and investment property. Her clients appreciate that she’s been in their shoes and brings real-life experience to every step of the process.
