Carly Davis

Carly was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and comes from a strong real estate family background. As a former educator in the Wake County Public School System, she developed a passion for working closely with families and building meaningful, lasting relationships.

That passion led her to transition into real estate, where she spent her first two years working directly alongside Gretchen Coley as a partner agent. Together, they achieved just under $60 million in sales in 2024—an experience that further sharpened Carly’s strategic approach, market knowledge, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Carly thrives in the fast-paced nature of real estate and finds fulfillment in guiding clients through one of life’s most important milestones. She is known for her thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and dedication to helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Carly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, playing tennis, reading, and exploring new restaurants or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
