From a young age, real estate has always captivated Carly. Her passion for the industry was truly ignited in college when a successful real estate agent, who was a neighbor of her parents, took the time to explain the business beyond just "house hunting." What she said resonated with Carly deeply—the perfect blend of building personal relationships while running a business. At that very same time, her father, Cay, was also entering the real estate world. Their shared interest, intensity, and excitement for helping people through this significant life event created an unbreakable bond and a great partnership that they've never looked back from.

Carly earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. She got her real estate license while in college, which allowed her to jump right into the business with her father in 2007. Her education and hands-on experience have given her the confidence to guide clients through the process and help them maximize what is often the largest investment of their lives. They've navigated the massive market crash from 2007 to 2011 and the unprecedented surge from 2020 to 2022, giving them unique expertise in a wide range of market conditions.

While she loves every part of the industry—from negotiating to building lifelong relationships—her favorite part is seeing her clients truly happy. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and she takes pride in being the person her clients look to for guidance and advice. The feeling at the end of a transaction, or even years later, when clients express their happiness and appreciation for her help, is what makes it all worthwhile.

Outside of work, Carly's family is her number one priority. She is married to her husband, Patrick, and they have two children who are the light of their lives. Nothing brings her more joy than listening to their stories about their day at school while they're all together around the dining table. They love spending their free time at the beach, exploring tide pools, watching their son surf, and seeing their daughter frolic in the waves. These personal values reinforce her professional commitment to helping families find their perfect place to call home.
