Carly Guimaraes (previously Gladnick) is a creative at heart who is energized by being of service to others. Inventive, intentional, and genuine, she strives to give her clients an experience that is second to none.
Before entering into real estate, Carly held a variety of marketing and communications positions for well-known brands including the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Geocaching, and Compass. From drafting press releases to building international ad campaigns, she gained extensive knowledge in all facets of strategic marketing.
Carly’s father, a real estate attorney, influenced her curiosity and love for real estate at a young age. In early 2019, she joined the Compass Marketing Team in Seattle, WA and provided high-level marketing strategy to the region’s top brokers before transitioning into being a broker full time. She began her broker career on the Northern Key Team at Compass, the #1 Team in Washington, selling over $40m in her first few years in the business and assisting with 150+ listings as the team’s Listing Director.
Carly is licensed in both Washington and Texas and currently resides in beautiful Austin with her husband Chris, baby Gabriel (born 3/24), and kitty Beans. She still operates her real estate business in Seattle and travels back to support her clients. She is a relocation specialist in both markets and went through the relocation process herself with her move to Austin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places (30+ countries and counting!), playing pickleball, and spending time in the great outdoors.
