Brian Kwasny

Since acquiring his real estate license at the dawn of the millennium in 2000, Brian Kwasny has become a top San Diego agent. Placing his clients' interests first and demonstrating it most strongly at the negotiation table have earned Brian widespread respect. 

A North County native raised in Del Mar, Brian studied hotel management in Santa Barbara and took his knowledge to Fiji to manage a family resort there. His education and early career were perfect launching pads for the equally service focused real estate industry. Brian's father, a successful commercial real estate professional, influenced his interest in the business and its life-changing opportunities. Brian's foray was on the commercial side, but he found the experience too "corporate" and preferred working with people just like him rather than CEO's.

Brian lives in Solana Beach with his wife and son, where he enjoys surfing, playing beach volleyball, and spending time with his family. He loves community and travel, so volunteering for his mother's Fiji-based non profit , the Loloma Foundation, allows him to combine his two passions. Brian is also working on a screenplay , which he has presented to a Hollywood writer in the hopes of one day seeing it produced to the big screen!
