Post-licensing, she leaped into the real estate world without a mentor or prior realtor experience. In 2016, she coined her brand, The Friendly Texas Realtor, aiming to approach real estate as a trusted friend, putting client needs first. True to her mission, she's built a successful business as a reliable friend, navigating Austin's ever-changing market.

Beyond real estate, Carlye spends her time exploring Austin with Teddy, her 5-year-old Pomeranian.
