Carlye Jane deeply understands both the real estate scene and the vibrant Austin lifestyle. A Texas native since 2005, she's grown with the city, fostering a passion for helping others find their perfect Austin home. Her career journey began in high school when she became a licensed hairstylist, dedicating herself to making clients happy. After managing a high-end salon with 25 providers, Carlye transitioned into entrepreneurship as an independent hairstylist. During a drive, a profound thought hit her: "Real estate is everywhere." Driven by an unwavering belief in her potential, she saw real estate as a way to help others differently. The following week, she enrolled in classes, acing the real estate exam in just 7 weeks. Post-licensing, she leaped into the real estate world without a mentor or prior realtor experience. In 2016, she coined her brand, The Friendly Texas Realtor, aiming to approach real estate as a trusted friend, putting client needs first. True to her mission, she's built a successful business as a reliable friend, navigating Austin's ever-changing market.

Beyond real estate, Carlye spends her time exploring Austin with Teddy, her 5-year-old Pomeranian. Immersing herself in the city's offerings, from live music to local restaurants, she finds balance working out at Athletic Outcomes or Ride Indoor Cycling.
