Carmen grew up in a close family environment with supportive parents and three brothers. The competitive spirit began at an early age. Thriving in many different sports, Carmen felt most comfortable on the golf course where he groomed his talents at a very young age and ultimately earned a scholarship as a collegiate golfer. The skills that helped him succeed at golf, are also the foundation of his character – patience, hard work, and honesty – professional skills that transcend all cultural and socioeconomic barriers.

After graduating from college, Carmen worked in public relations and marketing for the House of Blues and Dallas Morning News. Most recently, Carmen was a business manager for a high profile client in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. During these years Carmen traveled the world and managed millions of dollars in properties and assets. He even obtained a contractor’s license in order to act as general contractor over any work on his client’s properties – hiring only the best contractors, negotiating the best prices, and holding them to a standard of perfection for his client. His organizational skills, professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail paved the way for his client’s continued success.
