Carol's interest in real estate was sparked during her husband's 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, which took them all over the world, including Korea, Hawaii, Virginia and Texas. As part of a military family, she felt it essential to understand the homebuying process inside and out. After buying her family's first home, Carol's passion for serving other military families with their homeownership goals was unstoppable.

Carol's skill for guiding buyers and sellers is bolstered by her impressive industry leadership roles, where she honed her ability to recruit and cultivate exceptional agents. As CEO of her former brokerage's Office in Arlington, Virginia, she was responsible for hiring and training top agents, promoting a learning-based environment, and acting as a consultant and coach dedicated to improving their performance. More recently, she served as the Director of Growth for her former brokerage, where she focused on agency expansion while ensuring every client received excellent customer service.

Throughout her time as a military spouse, Carol dedicated herself to supporting military families, boosting morale and increasing retention, underscoring her lifelong dedication to community and connection. She served as a Family Readiness Officer for two terms and sat on the Board of Directors for the Military Spouse Advocacy Network (MSAN).

Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, Carol now resides in Dripping Springs' Saratoga Hills community with her husband, Luis, a retired Lieutenant Colonel, and their two daughters, Caroline and Katherine. When she's not serving the needs of her clients, Carol enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking shopping trips to Fredericksburg.
