About Carol
Carol Gunness has helped Buyers and Sellers navigate their real estate needs for over 10 years. Carol loves the challenges and satisfaction that working in real estate brings. Most of all she loves the people she meets. Carol's main objective is to provide exceptional customer service and to guide her clients through a smooth, stress free experience. Carol's clients appreciate her frequent communication along with her strong negotiating skills to achieve their ultimate goals during the transaction.
Upon graduating from USC, Carol pursued a career in advertising and marketing with J. Walter Thompson and then with San Diego's KUSI Television. Carol's background and success in advertising sales and marketing has made for a natural transition into real estate sales.
Carol is a native of Southern California and has lived in Encinitas for over 30 years. Together with her husband Rob, they have raised three daughters in Olivenhain. Carol is very involved in her local community and gives back with various charities.
Outside of work, Carol loves spending time with family and is an avid tennis and pickleball player.
