About Carol
Carol Reen, Broker Associate, achieved an MBA degree from the University of San Francisco and worked in corporate finance before entering real estate with a strong understanding of the 'numbers.'  Carol's resume also includes, having worked with developers and for herself as an investor, renovating homes/properties and brings a larger breadth of experience regarding design and construction. 

Prior to becoming a full time realtor, Carol was a managing partner in a boutique appraisal firm that covered 8 counties and with that experience developed a strong understanding of the appraisal process and property valuation.  Coupled with Carol's corporate business background, which included working with senior executives at Fortune 500 Companies, it gives her additional breadth of knowledge in negotiation, finance, strategy and marketing.
