About Carol

Carol Rowley’s Real Estate Journey

Carol Rowley launched her real estate career in Georgia with DeForest Realty before relocating to Houston, where she gained invaluable experience working alongside top real estate and tax attorneys. She later joined Bolin Development Corp., focusing on commercial real estate.

Today, Carol is a 20+ year Top Producer and has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston’s Top 25 Individual Realtors. Her remarkable success is built on attention to detail, hard work, and an exceptional referral network. Known for being highly goal-oriented, Carol delivers first-class service from start to finish, ensuring every client feels confident and cared for throughout the process.

In 2017, Carol’s daughter, Paige Jones, joined her, creating one of Houston’s most dynamic mother-daughter real estate teams—a duo clients rave about for their energy, expertise, and dedication.

Deep Roots in Houston
Having lived in West University, Southgate, Bellaire, Braes Heights, and Old Braeswood, Carol offers clients unparalleled insight into the Houston market. Her years of volunteering at local schools—West U Elementary, River Oaks Baptist, Lanier Middle, and Lamar High—deepened her connection to the community she loves.

Now, with her three children grown and thriving—graduates of UT, NYU, St. Edward’s, Tulane, and Duke—Carol dedicates even more time to delivering exceptional results for her clients.

Clients consistently praise Carol’s professionalism and personal touch:

ā€œI’ve always been skeptical about the value of a real estate agent—until I worked with Carol. She made the process a pleasure and truly earned my trust. I’ve already referred her to three friends!ā€

Another client shared:

ā€œYou went above and beyond to negotiate and guide us through a challenging process. You earned every penny of your commission—and our gratitude.ā€

A Passion for Service—In Real Estate and Beyond
Carol’s commitment extends beyond real estate. For more than 25 years, she has been a driving force in the fight against juvenile diabetes through her work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Her leadership earned her the prestigious Living and Giving Award at the JDRF Promise Ball. She also served as Chair of the JDRF Children’s Congress in Washington, D.C., where she worked with 200 families from all 50 states to advocate for increased research funding.

Whether helping families find their dream home or supporting a cause close to her heart, Carol brings passion, perseverance, and integrity to everything she does.
