For over 25 years, Carol has put her clients first. From identifying target buyers, to helping families transition to the right neighborhood for their growing kids, to shooting professional drone videos and giving personalized tours, she uses her expertise to steer clients in the right direction. It all starts with listening carefully to exceed their every expectation, a trademark that is backed by countless repeat and referral clientele who rave about her high-tech, high-touch approach.
“Carol was a miracle worker,” said one client. “She helped us sell our house for top dollar and found us a rental house. We had a last minute problem during closing, a water leak, that caused a delay, but she made the deal happen. Carol treats you like family and knows the local real estate market. She is in the know!”
In fact, Carol is not only in the know, she brings a superior work ethic and competency to every detail of the transaction, ultimately earning the trust, respect, and friendship of both her clients and her peers. She is regularly featured in industry leading publications and media outlets including Sotheby’s International Realty’s coffee talk, Real Trends National Ranking, 360 West, Southlake Style, Impact Magazine, and many more.
As an expert in the field, she has a reputation for the highest caliber service, offering professional staging, masterful negotiations, and decades of experience buying and selling homes. This is coupled with an intimate knowledge of Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Grapevine and Keller neighborhoods where she has consistently achieved record results, regardless of an up or down market.
In addition, Carol is actively involved in the Southlake Newcomers for 20 years: a social and civic organization, the Alzheimer’s and the Arts and Light the Night for Cancer. She attends Good Shepherd Church in Colleyville. You can find her at the early morning Orange Theory class daily. A dedicated real estate agent, wife, and mother, she lives happily in Colleyville with her husband Barry, CEO at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, Fort Worth. They have two children, daughter Kourtney, a Graduate of Texas Tech and UTA, is a Nurse Practitioner in Oncology and son Kyle, a former Southlake Carroll Dragon football captain who has a hand full of high school state rings and even one from college football!
