About Carol

Originally from Costa Rica, Carol Singh Alvarado has called New York home for 15 years. Prior to working in real estate, Carol ran her own training business to help clients achieve their fitness goals. After purchasing and renovating two of her own homes, she discovered a passion for real estate and became an agent in 2015. Since then, Carol has helped clients renters, landlords, buyers and sellers achieve real estate success with warmth, enthusiasm and lots of laughter.

Carol loves assisting renters and buyers on what she believes is life's most important journey and relies on her DIY attitude to help them see how small (and sometimes big!) changes can transform a space. When working with sellers, she works diligently to bring their spaces to life and is a firm believer that all homes need gorgeous plants, a hint of color and a touch of whimsy.

Carol speaks fluent English and Spanish and is truly invested in the best interests of NYC’s melting pot of inhabitants. She believes buying or renting in New York doesn’t have to be a stressful experience and strives to ensure her clients feel truly cared for from start to finish.
