Carol started her career in residential real estate in 2000, after 15 years working as an investment banker on Wall Street. Carol has an MBA in finance and is a CPA - invaluable tools when advising her clients on what they can afford to pay for a property and how best to finance it, as well as assembling their co-op board packages. She has lived in New York City for more than 30 years and owns a co-op here on the Upper East Side. In addition, Carol owns a house in Lawrence, Long Island, where she spends her free time playing golf. Aside from leisurely pursuits, Carol is also very active in renting and selling residential properties in Lawrence.
I love the excitement of living and working in New York, with its diverse people, neighborhoods, restaurants, museums and stores‚ and the sheer energy that it has to offer.
