Carol Vergel

Originally from Venezuela, Carol Vergel made Miami her permanent home over 20 years ago. Since then, she her husband have built a successful construction business, and she has concentrated full-time on her own real estate career in South Florida for close to 10 of those years. With a background in construction and property investments, Carol’s experience in many different aspects of the market give her an advantage when assisting her clients with their goals.

Carol’s career in real estate began in 2000 when she and her husband started a luxury construction company that found much success in the South Florida area. As a team, they focused heavily on investment properties in a growing market. When she decided to make real estate sales her full-time professional, Carol was able to utilize many relationships, both locally and internationally, to help build her own book of clients who valued her experience and service. With experience in both construction and sales, Carol has a better idea of the value of properties, repairs and remodeling, and additional issues such as permitting. Her success in the industry earned her both a silver and platinum award for producer of the year two years in a row.

With a focus on investors, but also first-time homebuyers, Carol enjoys helping clients find the best property match for what they desire in a real estate investment, or work towards getting the best price for their sale. She especially enjoys the excitement that comes along with her first-time home buying clients finding their perfect dream home. When assisting clients with selling a home, Carol’s industry expertise helps her achieve the best selling price for her client. Her personalized and professional approach matches her philosophy on life, and she works hard to ensure her clients feel they can trust her throughout the entire transaction.

In addition to her real estate career, Carol also coordinates ways to raise money for causes she cares deeply about by incorporating fundraisers into her daily workouts. Fitness is an important part of her life, and she trains hard through classes at her Crossfit gym, we well as running and cycling. Prior to moving to Miami, Carol studied business administration in Venezuela and later focused on Spanish and marketing at the University of Miami. She currently lives happily with her family in the Miami Shores neighborhood.
