Carol is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in residential transactions since 2004. Carol utilizes her extensive experience in residential real estate to help customers get the best possible outcomes for their housing needs. Carol has worked in all markets of real estate from high end luxury homes to houses in need of a total renovation. Carol has also flipped properties in the past which gives her a good working knowledge of the construction aspect of real estate.
Carol is known for her honesty with clients and for her unrelenting drive to find buyers the perfect home and help sellers get the best possible price. When she is not doing real estate, Carol is an audiologist at a large ENT practice.
Carol is part of the The Vanderbilt Team of Compass out of Smithtown, New York. The Vanderbilt team consists of 15 Agents that cover all of Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Carol was born and raised in Suffolk County. She received her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Masters in Audiology at local Hofstra University. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. In her free time, Carol enjoys running, using her Peloton, cheering for her children at their sports, sailing, and spending time with friends and family. Carol currently resides in Oakdale with her husband and their 2 children.
