"I recently purchased a condo in Brickell with the help of Carolina. I'm a first time home buyer and had never been to Miami when I started my search, so I had a lot of questions. Carolina was very responsive both by text and email whenever I needed her. I leaned heavily on Carolina for not only her local expertise, but also her knowledge of where the market was price wise. She started by getting a feel for what I was looking for, and then curated a list of units for me to virtually view. After a couple phone calls we narrowed the list down to three buildings and 20 units within those three buildings.
