"I recently purchased a condo in Brickell with the help of Carolina. I'm a first time home buyer and had never been to Miami when I started my search, so I had a lot of questions. Carolina was very responsive both by text and email whenever I needed her. I leaned heavily on Carolina for not only her local expertise, but also her knowledge of where the market was price wise. She started by getting a feel for what I was looking for, and then curated a list of units for the me to virtually view. After a couple phone calls we narrowed the list down to three buildings and 20 units within those three buildings. She was then able to schedule all the unit tours for the same day, making it very easy for me to travel down and efficiently see the properties.
