Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Carolina relocated to the United States in the mid-1980s to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Arizona, where she graduated with honors.

She now applies this experience to the real estate industry, drawing upon her extensive knowledge of enterprise administration, logistics, operations, public relations, and sales.
