About Carolina
Originally from Singapore, Carolina has lived and worked in New York since 1995. From the start, she’s loved exploring its neighborhoods, admiring its architecture, appreciating its culture, and urging friends and visitors do the same.
A lifelong affinity the city lured her to real estate, where she’s nurtured transactions from Upper West Side penthouses to Brooklyn townhouses. Throughout, she’s relied upon her client service expertise from a prior career: Carolina spearheaded communications projects global brands such as Levi’s, American Express, IKEA and Apple Computer, while at multi-national marketing agencies in Asia, Europe, and then New York.
Today, she lives in Dumbo, Brooklyn with her husband and son, and serves a diverse clientele on both sides of the river. Carolina is very hands-on with her clients, listening closely to evolving needs, and guiding them through the process with honesty and a commitment to service.
She also speaks Mandarin, and has helped both local and foreign buyers to navigate the intricacies of the city’s unique real estate opportunities.
