Carolina Cordon-Bouzan joins Ronita Kalra’s team servicing New York and the Hamptons! A true New Yorker through and through, Carolina was born and raised in Manhattan’s iconic 860 UN Plaza, while spending her weekends and summers in Water Mill, NY. Carolina's connection to Midtown East runs even deeper, with her grandparents residing in the equally renowned 100 UN Plaza. And as a first-generation American, with parents originating from Spain and Brazil, Carolina embodies the cultural mosaic that defines New York City. She is not only bilingual in Spanish, but also proficient in Portuguese, Catalan, French, and Italian.

Carolina is unapologetically a workaholic. Her top priority is to uncover ripe investment opportunities that will bring value to her clients’ portfolios. Taking a personalized approach to every investment opportunity, she understands that each portfolio is unique and tailors her strategies to suit individual needs and aspirations. What sets Carolina apart is her innate entrepreneurial spirit. She doesn't merely seek out opportunities; she seizes them with enthusiasm.

After attending the Upper East Side’s Convent of the Sacred Heart, Carolina graduated from The George Washington University, and later obtained her Master's degree from New York University. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Carolina made a name for herself in the world of fashion when she sold her own jewelry brand, MONTSERRAT New York. Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for design were integral to her success in the fashion world, and are part of her transition into the world of real estate. Her profound appreciation for interior design and property development was further deepened by her in-laws, who have left their mark on the city by constructing multiple distinguished buildings in Chelsea and Tribeca, including the celebrated Duane Street Park. 

Carolina now resides in Greenwich Village with her husband and their dog, Melo, and spends her summers in Sagaponack. She can often be found at il Cantinori engaging with the other neighborhood regulars while indulging in pasta and martinis. She looks forward to helping her clients uncover their love for New York City, and is committed to finding their dream homes. Whether it's a luxurious penthouse overlooking Central Park or a hidden gem in the Hamptons, Carolina's knack for identifying opportunities is a testament to her dedication and expertise.
