Carolina Otero has made South Florida real estate her passion for over 10 years. Starting her career in Palm Beach County, Carolina made the transition to the vibrant Miami market six years ago, where she joined Barclay’s Real Estate, which merged with the impressive Compass team.

For over five years, Carolina built a career in the competitive Palm Beach County pre-construction market. Her unique experience behind the scenes gives her a professional advantage in dealing with the inner-workings of the most complex real estate transactions, and an edge when doing business in South Florida’s fast-paced real estate climate. Her six years of experience in Miami has lead to the developing of a deep knowledge of the Miami Residential marketplace, representing a diverse mix of buyers, sellers and investors.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Carolina also brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. She earned her degree at Florida Atlantic University in International Business & Marketing. Her strong ethics, intimate knowledge of the market, and residential real estate expertise make her a valuable partner in all types of transactions.

Carolina regularly gives back to her city by supporting various non-profit and community causes in the area, specifically dealing with the care of children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and exploring all the best new restaurants and entertainment that her city offers.
