Caroline Dernick

Caroline is one of Compass’ rising stars with impeccable attention to detail and an envied network of real estate professionals.

Born and raised in Texas, she initially moved to L.A. to work in the entertainment industry but, with a little nudge from a friend and mentor who was one of Compass California’s founding agents, Caroline transitioned to real estate. Since discovering her love and aptitude for the industry, Caroline has quickly risen to the top of the profession and was recently recognized by Real Trends on their America’s Best list for exemplary sales production.

Ultimately, the buying and selling of real estate is about property, neighborhoods, and contracts (which she excels) . . . However, Caroline is most inspired by the human side of the business.
