We have now had Caroline help us with buying and/or selling 3 properties. The first was buying a house when we moved from a condo that we made into a rental. Not only did she assist us in buying the home, but she also assisted us in finding a great tenant for the condo. Our renter ended up staying for the full 6 years that we owned it as a rental.
