Caroline Harris is a seasoned entrepreneur and community-focused leader with 20+ years of experience in the real estate, health and wellness, and retail industries. Her passion for people, combined with her no-nonsense approach, makes her a trusted partner and respected service provider.
From 2007 to 2014, as a licensed broker, Caroline managed every aspect of the Emily Sachs Wong (ESW) luxury real estate firm, while also managing her own book of business. During her tenure, ESW sold over $800 million in residential real estate and was named one of the top luxury-focused real estate brokers in Chicago, Illinois and nationwide.
In 2014, she shifted her focus and talents to the health and wellness industry, where she combined her experience as a relationship-driven broker and love of coaching clients through their home buying/selling journey to become a certified barre3 instructor. Within a few short years, she opened the first barre3 franchise in the Kansas City area, built a following of loyal clients, and attracted the attention of athleisure brand Lululemon—earning the title of Midwest brand ambassador.
After selling her barre3 business in late 2019, Caroline continued to teach, expand her health and wellness coaching, and consult with early stage companies on brand marketing strategy. Now, as a core part of the LOCATE® team, she is excited to tap into all of her professional experiences to create her own unique approach to client-focused real estate.
