Caroline Keehn

Having spent her childhood years growing up in Wilmette and her young adult life in Winnetka, Caroline has a unique and deep-rooted connection to this community, and a vast knowledge of life on the North Shore. After a six-year stint in Northern California, Caroline is thrilled to be back in the Chicago-land area, living in the Gold Coast and working out of the Winnetka Office. 

Caroline’s love of real estate began at an early age during her own family’s home search, when she spent every free minute scouring the local listing and incessantly sending them to her parents. This after-school activity later turned into the early stages of a career through summer internships spent shadowing acclaimed local brokers, learning the ins and outs of real estate, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the local market. After interning for  the Paige Dooley Team in 2019, Caroline’s professional journey took a brief detour when she spent time as an elementary school teacher in San Francisco, but her love for real estate has called her back full-time!

What sets Caroline apart is her genuine passion, some may call it a borderline obsession, for the real estate business. She loves meeting incredible people and finds immense joy in guiding them through the exciting journey of finding or selling a home. Caroline understands that real estate is about more than just transactions; it's about helping clients find their place in this exceptional community, whether it’s buying the perfect house  along the shores of Lake Michigan, or selling a home with treasured memories and moving on to a new chapter. 

Outside of her professional life, Caroline enjoys exploring the city with friends, watching hockey, and finding inspiration for her real estate endeavors through her love for home design, often losing herself in the depths of Pinterest. Above all else, she cherishes spending quality time with her family. With parents living in Winnetka, a brother working in finance in New York, and a sister showcasing her hockey prowess at Middlebury College, Caroline knows the importance of family, and cherishes the bonds that make this area so special to hers.
