About Caroline
Originally from Atlanta, Caroline McQueen moved to Milton during high school to pursue her passion for equestrian sports. Her years in the equestrian world have shaped the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence she brings to every client relationship. A FEI-level rider and competitor, she is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist with Distinction and was the highest-scoring Junior/Young Rider for the 2024–2025 Pam Kimble Trophy. She currently ranks third in the nation in preliminary year-end awards competing at a FEI level.
Caroline graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising and Communications. During college, she gained valuable experience in marketing and account management through roles with highly respected companies where she developed a strong foundation in client relationships, strategic marketing, and delivering measurable results.
After graduation, Caroline found a natural way to combine her passion for communications with her interests in land development, equestrian properties, and interior design through a career in real estate. Her marketing background allows her to bring a strategic eye to every property she represents, creating a thoughtful vision for positioning, presentation, and exposure in today’s market.
Whether helping clients buy, sell, or discover a property that fits their lifestyle, Caroline approaches every relationship with the same dedication she brings to her sport. She believes real estate is about more than a transaction—it’s about understanding her clients’ goals, anticipating their needs, and creating an experience tailored specifically to them.
Outside of real estate and riding, Caroline enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the Atlanta area. She currently lives in downtown Alpharetta with her dog, Maverick.
