A dynamic real estate agent, Caroline Mowry is passionate about helping individuals and families in Austin, TX. With more than 30 years as an Austinite, she has a personal, in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods, restaurants, and activities that make Austin so special.
As a trusted advisor and friendly collaborator, Caroline guides her clients to find a home and a community they’ll love. Caroline is experienced working with both buyers & sellers and is dedicated to achieving client personal and financial goals. Prioritizing the wants, needs, and desires of clients, Caroline ensures they feel confident and well taken care of in the home buying & selling processes. Her knowledge of the industry and local market helps her guide the decision-making process each and every step of the way. Using strong communication skills and a hands-on approach, Caroline works diligently with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and contractors to take the stress out of the transactional processes.
Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Caroline moved to Austin to attend St Edward’s University and quickly fell in love with Austin’s charm. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in photography, she pursued a successful career in photography which included spending two years traveling the world and immersing herself in different cultures while capturing images for a top stock photo agency.
Looking for a career change that didn’t require so much time away from home, Caroline decided to combine her love for Austin with her passion for helping others and entered the real estate business. Her vast industry knowledge, expert negotiation ability, and attentive interpersonal skills are why her clients choose her as their go-to realtor.
Caroline’s drive has earned her high recognition and praise, including Realty Austin Diamond Club $10M+ Top Producer in 2021 & 2022, Platinum Top 500 REALTORS® in 2019 & 2020, as well as Realty Austin Sapphire Club Top Producer in 2023. When Caroline isn’t supporting clients, she enjoys spending time with her 2 rescue pups Buddy & Bella, playing kickball with Austin Women’s Kickball League, and relishing all that Austin has to offer.
