Caroline Newell

As a Native Austinite, Caroline has experienced the swift expansion of Austin first hand, as both a resident and working professional. Caroline earned an Interior Design degree from The University of Texas at Austin and went into Design and Commercial Furniture Sales. In leading New Business Development efforts at Furniture Marketing Group, she oversaw the design and implementation for some of Austin’s most cutting-edge office spaces.

After purchasing her first home in Windsor Park in 2011, she was hooked, and has been adding to her personal real-estate portfolio ever since. In 2019, Caroline made the shift from Real Estate as a side hustle to her full-time career, immersing herself in all things market related.
