About Caroline
I'm Caroline Puren, a luxury real estate advisor at Compass specializing in Biscayne Bay waterfront homes across Miami Beach (including Biscayne Point and Stillwater Drive), North Bay Village, and Miami (Belle Meade) — with a particular focus on international buyers.
Originally from France, I came to Miami over 30 years ago to study at FIU and built my career first in luxury hospitality — orchestrating events at the W Miami Beach, Trump International, Starwood, and Sonesta — before founding my own wedding planning and catering company, and then a luxury short-term rental management business, Lux Rental Miami.
Today, I bring that hospitality DNA to every real estate transaction: high-touch service, deep market knowledge of zip codes 33141 and 33138, and an instinctive understanding of what discerning clients expect. I've closed over $140M in luxury real estate sales, with particular dominance on Stillwater Drive and throughout Biscayne Point and North Bay Village's waterfront communities.
I'm particularly known for working with international clients who need a trusted local partner to navigate Miami remotely — coordinating transactions seamlessly from offer to closing while they're abroad. As a native French speaker, I work fluently with French and European buyers, and my husband, a luxury home builder, brings additional expertise to clients exploring new construction and renovations.
