About Caroline
I'm Caroline Puren, a luxury real estate advisor at Compass specializing in Biscayne Bay waterfront homes — Biscayne Point and Stillwater Drive in Miami Beach 33141, North Bay Village, and Belle Meade and Shorecrest in Miami's Upper Eastside 33138 — with a particular focus on international buyers. I rank in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide (RealTrends, 2026).
Originally from France, I came to Miami more than 30 years ago to study at FIU and built my career first in luxury hospitality — orchestrating events at the W South Beach, Trump International, Starwood and Sonesta — before founding my own wedding planning and catering company, and then a luxury short-term rental business, Lux Rental Miami, where I am Founder & CEO.
Today I bring that hospitality DNA to every transaction: high-touch service, deep knowledge of zip codes 33141 and 33138, and an instinctive understanding of what discerning clients expect. I've closed more than $142M in luxury real estate, with particular depth on Stillwater Drive — the street I have sold more than any other in my career — and throughout Biscayne Point and North Bay Village.
I'm known for working with clients who buy and sell Miami remotely, coordinating transactions from offer to closing while they're abroad. As a native French speaker I work fluently with French and European buyers, and my husband, a luxury home builder, adds real expertise for clients weighing new construction or a teardown.
Many of my clients don't live here full time, so I also offer discreet private home watch and concierge care for absent owners — regular check-ins on waterfront homes and condos across Miami Beach, North Bay Village, the Upper Eastside, Sunny Isles, Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands. It is a small and deliberately private service.
