Caroline Smalley

A sixth-generation Texan, Caroline has called Austin home for 18 years. Born and raised in Dallas, Caroline moved to Austin in 2005 to attend The University of Texas. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from McCombs School of Business, Caroline spent more than a decade working as a digital marketing professional for many of Austin’s top technology companies. An appreciation for architecture, and a passion for helping others ultimately led her to start a second career in real estate.

During her successful career as a marketer, Caroline earned a reputation for being results-driven, hardworking, trustworthy, and a creative problem solver. She is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is a natural relationship builder.
