About Carolyn

I am grateful to have been born and raised in Miami Beach. I have discovered all that the city has to offer. As I have grown, so has Miami. It has truly evolved into a world-class city where the lifestyle is unbeatable!

Before starting my career in real estate, I attended Ransom Everglades and the University of Miami. Following my undergraduate degree, I moved to London to attend the Sotheby’s Institute of Art and received an additional degree in Art Business.

Before pivoting to Compass and the Nancy Batchelor Team, I gained business and marketing experience from some of Miami’s leading cultural institutions. I previously worked at the Perez Art Museum, The Miami Herald & Indulge Magazine, Whitehaus Media Group (the creators of Cultured, Bal Harbour, and LaLa Magazine), and South Florida PBS.

Besides my professional background, my interests are what have drawn me to real estate. I have a love for architecture, design, and art which are factors that drive the industry. Specifically, my passion for interior design allows me to visualize a home's full potential and what it may need or have to market it to its full ability.

Besides real estate, I have a passion for all things aviation and have been flying for a few years. My father and I share this interest as well as community involvement. My mother Nancy and our family value the power of philanthropy. I hope to dedicate my free time to my family’s foundation, whose goal is to enhance the South Florida community.

Besides my own experience in the industry, being the daughter of Nancy exposed me to the Miami marketplace at a very young age. She taught me the various neighborhoods and how to successfully work with buyers and sellers to meet their home needs.
