Carolyn Dooling

Carolyn is proud to call Denver home for the last 25 years and been working in the real estate industry since moving here from the East Coast. She is a former Urban Planner, concentrating on Economic Development and Historic Preservation. It was as a Planner that she first began cultivating her love of places and discovering all the diverse neighborhoods in Denver. She also spent years working in real estate marketing, as well as visual marketing, helping homebuilder and developer clients with branding, marketing, website design and development, and staging/personalizing model homes. Obtaining her real estate broker’s license was a natural progression, as it utilizes and melds her passions and talents – her knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and working closely with people. She also extensive knowledge of homebuilding, home systems and design, as she remodeled and spec homes in various Denver neighborhoods. What gets her up in the morning – besides a matcha latte? Finding the “perfect” home for her clients and ensuring a smooth process in the purchase or sale of their home.

She has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. She currently lives in Park Hill with her husband, who an architect and builder, two kids, and a black cat named Vader.
