“Carolyn truly was exceptional and went above and beyond to help feel confident with our decision as first time home buyers. She was always ready to suggest necessary inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. and would be the first to call and get quotes, while simultaneously making it clear that we were free to also explore other options. She attended every inspection and was there to give her honest opinion and walk us through the process. I joke that I feel like buying our first home should have been harder than it was, but it was in large part because of Carolyn and all the effort she put in to make it a smooth process for us. On top of putting in a lot of effort to help us, Carolyn was knowledgeable about the market we were looking in, which was older, refurbished homes. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what we should be looking at when initially touring homes and Carolyn did a great job at immediately calling to our attention anything that may be a concern. At the same time, she was great at easing our concerns regarding small and common things to see or experience. It would have been a much more stressful process and decision without Carolyn's expertise.
