About Carolyn
Carolyn has been a successful Realtor® in Winchester and the surrounding communities since 1998 after a dozen-plus year career in corporate finance. With a long-term passion for real estate, she builds an alliance with each client to facilitate their personal real estate goals. Pragmatic, analytical, but always ready for a good laugh, her clients range from savvy investors to first-time homebuyers that rely on her business skills, market knowledge, marketing, analysis, negotiation skills, and the desire to provide a smooth transaction for them.

Carolyn lives in Arlington with her husband, Phil, and they are active in the dog rescue arena, having been volunteers since 2007 when they adopted their first rescue. Happily, they just adopted their third rescue, a four-year-old Boston Terrier-Mix named Pudge.

Carolyn loves the ever-changing real estate business and prefers a personal touch in working with clients. It is not about awards nor Facebook for her, but the individual client's best interests and needs. The majority of her clients are past clients or their referrals to their friends and families.
