Carolyn and her team are absolutely amazing. I found her while researching various realtors while doing a search online and my instincts were right on point. We were wanting to downsize after living in our family home that was originally built in 1982. Through the years it had gone from a quarter lot to an acre and the home nearly doubled in size designed to reflect a hotel resort which made it complicated to compare home value in the area and would need a particular buyer.
