"We were looking to downsize and what we were interested in was beachfront property. As I started my search, Carolyn Smith's name came up and I started conversing with her. She started sending me properties for sale. After seeing a few, I realized beachfront living was not for me. Carolyn then offered up the option of riverfront property. Now, I never thought about living on the Indian River. So I agreed to looking at some river from property. After we completed touring the first condo unit Carolyn suggested, she ask what we thought about it. My first sentence was I'll take it. If it wasn't for Carolyn, we wouldn't not have found our dream home. There isn't a day the goes by that either my wife or I says we can't believe we own this condo. Carolyn then took over and set up the deal with the condo developer. She convinced them to agree to a time frame that she planned out since we were in the process of selling our home. She handled all communication between developer and us, as well as all closing issues professionally and swiftly. Enough can't be said of Carolyn's behind the scene support person named Jen. With both of them tag teaming on all issues that arose, we wouldn't have closed in the timely manner as we did. If we have any real estate needs in the future, Carolyn and Jen would be the only team we would we call.
