Carolyn believes every buyer and seller is unique and deserves a reliable, ethical, and knowledgeable agent who will prioritize their best interests above all else. In today's changing market, buyers and sellers need access to all available resources, including an experienced agent with the right tools and skills to minimize anxiety and maximize time and effort when making such a major commitment. Carolyn strives to provide the best service, supporting her clients from the first meeting (or contact) through the closing of their property and beyond.

Carolyn obtained her real estate license in the spring of 1996 while living in Shreveport. After the passing of her husband, she returned home to the Greater Baton Rouge area to be near her family. She has a son, a daughter, a son-in-law, and three wonderful grandchildren. While living in Shreveport, she worked closely with military personnel at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, assisting military buyers and sellers with their real estate needs—a service she continues to provide today. With family members having served in the Air Force, Navy, and Marines, and her grandson currently in the Army, she has a deep appreciation for military families. Carolyn considers real estate the most rewarding career of her working life and is proud to be a full-time Realtor®.

Her role involves providing buyers and sellers with essential information, negotiating in their best interests, and ensuring all transaction timelines are met—including deposits, lender financial letters, loan applications, inspection periods, repairs, and necessary paperwork. She also coordinates with attorneys and lenders while helping sellers understand the current market. Sometimes, the information she provides may not be what her clients want to hear, but she is committed to working in their best interest. Carolyn serves buyers and sellers across four of the nine parishes in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Carolyn holds multiple designations, including GRI (Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO, Relocation Specialist, SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), GREEN, AHWD (At Home with Diversity), and MRP (Military Relocation Professional). She is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors (MLS), both the State and National Realtor Associations, and the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge.

Passionate about local volunteer work, Carolyn actively participates in fundraising for various nonprofit groups, helps prepare and serve food to women and children at a local mission, and serves on a local real estate board committee. While living in Shreveport, she showed Great Dane dogs. She also enjoys watching college football and baseball with family and friends. Carolyn and her grandchildren are on a mission to visit every U.S. state—only six remain on her list!
