Carolyn loves New York City. She grew up in Astoria, Queens, and loves going back to her old neighborhood to satisfy her craving for Sicilian pizza from Rose & Joe’s Italian Bakery and Spumoni ices from La Guli’s Pastry Shop. She attended Fordham University and graduated with honors with a degree in Art History and International Relations.
First, before entering the real estate industry, Ms. Zweben worked for a decade as an art consultant and appraiser for The Guggenheim Museum, The Michael Ingbar Gallery, and eppraisals.com.
Carolyn’s experience in the art field helped her develop a keen sense of aesthetics, space, and design. Consequently, those skills have been essential to her success in real estate. She has a deep understanding of how closely linked design and presentation are to a successful transaction. Additionally, she professionally stages listings to create an environment from fresh-cut flowers to champagne.
