We optimistically put in some super lowball offers on new places, she was honest with us and told us it wouldn't get the job done but put in the offer immediately anyway. I know some realtors would pressure buyers to go higher or refuse to put in the offer. She also has a lawyer who was helpful when we had questions about condo docs.
