About Carrie

Carrie grew up in the Chicago area. After graduating from Purdue University with a BA in Broadcast Journalism, she moved to Carmel and started her career as a RealtorĀ® with a local builder in 1995. In 2000, she was integral in developing and opening a real estate company that grew and expanded to 16 locations nationwide. In 2015, she opened an independent luxury real estate consulting firm in the Carmel Arts and Design District, The Carrie Holle Group, and runs the highest-producing team in the metropolitan Indianapolis area. She specializes in the luxury market for both buyers and sellers. 

Carrie has an incredible knowledge of the Indianapolis-area real estate market and regularly serves as a consultant to the largest local developers and builders in the area.  In 2018, Carrie was appointed by Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard to the Plan Commission for the City of Carmel and was a member of the Residential Committee. She was also the host of the television show Indy Home and Design.

Carrie's professional affiliations include being a member of the Compass Land and Ranch Division, member of the Private Client Network, member of REALM,  certified as a Luxury Home Specialist, and being named a Five Star agent annually since 2012.
