“The first time we worked with Carrie was when we bought a home to help our daughter, who suddenly found herself needing to relocate her family in the middle of a school year. We called Carrie after hours and she came through with a showing for us for the next day, in the neighborhood we wanted and within our price range. Touring the home with her was like working with a trusted friend. Carrie was thorough and professional at all times, pointing out both the positive aspects of the property as well as the shortcomings. She helped us craft an offer that won us the contract even though the seller had comparative offers. Carrie called the seller’s realtor and our attorney and kept in touch to work out all the details, from offer to closing.
