About Carter

He started his career as a Sales and Marketing Representative with Ryan Homes in Sussex County Delaware where he quickly achieved the role of Senior Sales and Marketing Representative and earned the highest sales achievement award of Presidents Club. During this time, he helped nearly 300 homeowners purchase their dream homes. Carter also has nearly five years of experience with Ryan Homes as a Project Manager.

In this time, he managed and supervised the construction process for over 100 homes. During his 14 year tenure with Ryan Homes, Carter worked in both Sussex and New Castle Counties. He personally has experience in renovating older homes and rental properties.

Carter looks forward to helping his clients with all their Real Estate needs. He currently resides in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware with his two sons William and Chase. Carter is active in the community coaching soccer and enjoys running and staying active. Carter works out of both the Compass RE offices in Greenville, DE and Lewes, DE.
