Originally from Miami, Florida, Cary White relocated to Houston in 1999 and quickly became rooted in the community she now proudly represents. A graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Business and a minor in Marketing, Cary brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising development across both corporate and nonprofit sectors—expertise that elevates her strategic thinking, communication, and ability to navigate complex negotiations.

In addition to luxury and traditional residential real estate, Cary also specializes in guiding clients who are purchasing homes for use as short-term vacation rentals. She provides full-spectrum STR consulting, including projected financial performance, year-over-year revenue analysis, thematic property conceptualization, and interior design guidance tailored to each investment.
