About Cary
Cary Whittaker was born and raised in Moraga, graduating from Growing Tree, Camino Pablo, Joaquin Moraga, and Campolindo High School. After eleven fun-filled years living and working in San Francisco, she returned to Lamorinda to be closer to family and the community that will always feel like home.
Cary understands firsthand what makes Moraga such a special place. Whether itās hearing the swim meet horns echo in the summer months, seeing who painted the rock at Campolindo, grabbing coffee at SiSiās Cafe, or running into friends at the Moraga Farmersā Market, Cary loves the strong sense of community and connection that makes Moraga so unique.
Cary brings deep local knowledge, strong communication, and a calm, positive approach to every transaction. Known for her organization, local connections, and ability to keep clients smiling through even the most stressful moments, she excels at managing every detail of the real estate process from start to finish. Cary loves working with all types of buyers and sellersāfrom first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers and relocatorsābut especially enjoys helping people find their way back to Lamorinda, just as she did herself.
Cary graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in History and a minor in Coaching. She will also forever be a loyal Cal fan after spending countless summers at The Lair of the Bear as both a camper and five-summer staffer. Go Bears!
Cary is proud to work alongside the dynamic Martin Homes Team, led by Erin and Darrick Martin. Because the team is also made up of contractors, designers, and developers with a year-round crew, they bring a valuable perspective to both preparing homes for sale and helping buyers envision the potential in a property.
Outside of real estate, youāll likely find Cary on the pickleball courts at the Lafayette Rink or Moraga Country Club, grabbing dinner with friends and their kiddos at local favorites, or giving back to the community through organizations like Children's Health Guild, which supports UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland and George Mark Children's House.
She feels incredibly lucky to once again call Moraga, and this amazing community of people, home.
