About Caryn
As a native of South Florida, Caryn Botknecht is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong knowledge of the market cycles and intricacies of each neighborhood in our piece of paradise. Through her demonstrated dedication to clients and her previous work in the non-profit sector with high net worth individuals, Caryn has built a network of esteemed professionals at all levels of business, which has become a trusted referral source for her throughout her career in real estate.

For many years, Caryn worked very closely with high-level executives advising them on making major gift donations to various non-profit organizations. With a background in sales and business, she has honed her skills as a knowledgeable advisor and strong negotiator throughout the sales process. She specializes in both luxury residential and commercial real estate from Delray to Miami and over to Weston. As one of the first members to join the Compass Fort Lauderdale office, Caryn is dedicated to improving the customer experience through industry-leading real estate specific technology.

Top-rated industry skills and a love for her profession have given Caryn the ability to excel at the highest levels. She has broken records and has held the designation for sales of the two highest price per square foot loft sales in Flagler Village (Fort Lauderdale) and has also earned the same designation from sales in Southwest Broward totaling $7.5 million and $5 million. She credits her success in real estate to her strength in listening to her clients and understanding their needs and wants, along with her strategic thinking and quick responsiveness.

Caryn is an alumna of The University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, yoga, and practicing meditation. She also enjoys getting to know more about the neighborhoods where her clients are looking for homes. Because she is a native of the area, she knows exactly how to make her clients feel more at home by offering local restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Caryn now resides in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
