He helped with the organizing of the last items to be dealt with, and held an estate sale to dispense with at least some of those items. His crew helped move larger items for me, and also arranged cleaning. Really, RB did an amazing service for me as my hands were quite full. Then, an immediate open house and another to follow, brought in lots of interested parties. RB helped field one offer, which we decided wasn't acceptable, and then facilitated the next and successful offer. The sale of the home was complicated by all the feelings one has at the passing of a beloved family member. RB was incredibly sensitive and understanding, adjusted to my timelines, and ultimately, made a good sale go so smoothly. I am indebted to him and Casa Brothers, and could not have done this huge task without the extraordinary help RB and Casa offered. I am deeply grateful! ā
