I emailed Lyndsey over Labor Day weekend and she got back to me quickly saying I could see the place in NYC over the weekend. So I flew out of SF Bay Area hoping that I could sign my number one choice apartment. I was able to schedule a tour the next day and the place looked even better than in the pictures. I got there early but Lyndsey and Anthony were both super welcoming and friendly. Don't think any time was wasted from touring the place to getting all the paperwork in to get the lease signed. On top of that after I already sent brokerage fee and everything, she took my requests of getting all the measurements and such. 15/10 recommend working with Lyndsey and the Casagrande team as they are incredibly professional.

Amanda and the team are superb! Before we met this team, we were having a terrible experience trying to find an apartment. Realtors would take multiple applications, not show up for appointments, and not return calls among other items. The Fung Casagrande Team were on top of it from the very beginning. Amanda stayed in touch with us constantly, walked us through the process, and made sure we had whatever we needed to close our application. We recently moved into the apartment we wanted and have met Kenny. Kenny is also excellent. Customer service is his middle name! He immediately handled our needs and spent time getting to know us.
