Casey grew up in Delaware County and now proudly calls the Phoenixville area home. With deep roots in the community, he understands the character of the neighborhoods surrounding Philadelphia and appreciates what makes each one unique for the individuals who live there.
Before transitioning into real estate, Casey spent years in education, earning Bachelorās degrees in Elementary and Special Education from West Chester University and a Masterās degree in Education from La Salle University. His experience in the classroom shaped his ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand what matters most to families. Just as he once focused on understanding the unique needs of each student, he now takes the time to learn what matters most to buyers in a home, whether that is a strong school district, a welcoming community, room to grow, or long-term investment value.
Casey believes that buying or selling a home should be a thoughtful and personal experience, centered on each clientās priorities and goals. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or experienced sellers, he is committed to making the process smooth, positive, and stress-free from start to finish.
Casey enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, their daughter, Maeve, and their labradoodle, Oakley. He looks forward to partnering with clients to ensure every home-buying or selling experience reflects what matters most to them.
