With more than 12 years of experience, Kaitlyn is recognized for helping clients maximize the value of their real estate through thoughtful positioning, elevated design, and data-driven marketing. Whether representing a luxury residence, advising on a new construction project, or consulting with developers during the planning phase, she approaches every opportunity with a balance of creativity, market expertise, and strategic execution.

Before entering real estate, Kaitlyn worked in interior design and earned her Master's degree from Vanderbilt University.
